Premier Computer Services was established in 1994 to provide technical services including sales, support, repair, and consulting for Intel PC-based computer systems.


Premier is a division of Software Systems, Inc., which was formed in 1975 and provides high-end support services, programming, and consulting for state government PC-based systems as well as IBM AS/400 mid-range computer systems.
